We provide tombstone maintenance and carving. Our tombstone company in China has been in business for more than ten years. Now, we are proud of our ability to turn the idea from paper into a beautiful work of art. Using the tools of the industry, we can use traditional sand blasting technology to repair and carve tombstones, or laser carving. This allows us to carve with very fine sand and create very small characters and letters, making almost any design possible. Of course, when deviating from the traditional method, sometimes it will affect the total cost. We serve local cemeteries.
When choosing cemeteries for your loved ones, all these cemeteries are good choices. Before you buy, be sure to ask about the general price list so that you can make the best decision for your family. We are a traditional engraving company and seldom do laser etching. Today's laser etching has color. Our experience with laser etching is that they are easily scraped off due to shallow engraving. In almost every complaint we receive, it is because there is hard water calcium deposition on the stones during the watering cycle of the cemetery. Once calcium is formed, works of art will be obscured and invisible. According to the accumulation and depth of laser cutting, we can try to remove calcium, and then reuse the printer ink block to restore the image to a level acceptable to customers. Traditional engraving, whether deep or ultra deep, is easy to clean, and a new layer of lithographic ink is coated on the site to restore the stone to a new lithographic effect. We offer cleaning and ink, only or a complete cleaning, ink and polishing at a reasonable price. Some cemeteries do not allow external suppliers to work on site, so please call us first.
We have indeed received numerous maintenance calls to repair granite damage, scratches and grooves caused by ground equipment. In the absence of large pieces, it is almost difficult to repair, and we can only recommend the complete replacement of the tombstone. When dents or small pits are found, we can fill and polish the area with UV epoxy resin. This method is quite successful for small rework. Because it is a filler, it is always possible that heat and water will begin to rise over a period of time. The cost of doing so far exceeds the cost of removing and replacing a new stone. This process is effective for families who give the engraver the wrong date or misspelled word. The scratches left by ground equipment on the surface of the tombstone are more detailed. Once we feel we can remove the scratches, then we start a wet process, using different grades of gravel until the area is uniform and free of scratches, and then start polishing. We can't take the finished products back to the factory, but we can be quite close. Professional factory equipment is needed to achieve the high gloss of the original stone. We can't remove the scratches near the porcelain inlay because we have to use the grinder for many operations to avoid damaging the relief. In this case, replacing the whole stone will be your best choice.
